I was a holder of the bonds issued by Ozon Holdings PLC with ISIN: XS2304902443 (the “Bonds”) as of 26 September 2022 (the “Record Date”) and have not transferred such bonds to any person after the Record Date. I have not submitted an eligibility instruction before 4 pm London time on 5 April 2023. Can I still participate in early redemption of the Bonds?
