Consent to Personal Data Processing
Pursuant to
the Personal
Data Processing Policy, I give consent to Ozon IPJSC (OGRN 1253900010374, INN 3900045916, 29A
Oktyabrskaya Street, Office 1, Kaliningrad urban district, Kaliningrad Region,
236006, Russia) ("Data Controller") to both automated and
non-automated processing of personal data ("Consent") filled out in a
newsletter subscription form under which this Consent is hyperlinked ("Form").
The purpose
of processing personal data is to subscribe me to the news newsletter about the
Ozon group of companies and to subsequently send such newsletters to me.
I
understand that personal data processing means any actions (operations) with
personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation,
storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer
(provision, access) within the Ozon group of companies, blocking, deletion, and
destruction of personal data. When providing personal data of a third person to
the Data Controller, I confirm and guarantee that such person's consent to
provision of data is received. The Data Controller shall be entitled to entrust
the processing of my personal data, in whole or in part, to LLC "Internet
Solutions" for the purposes and on the terms specified in this Consent.
Consent is
valid for the duration of the subscription to the newsletter — from the date of
its provision to the Data Controller until the date of withdrawal.
You can
withdraw Consent by unsubscribing from the newsletter (via the link in the
email received from the Data Controller) or by sending a request to the Data
Controller (to the address specified above) in a free form but with the
following information included:
- full
name;
- data
allowing to unambiguously identify the personal data subject;

information confirming the relationship with the Data Controller, or
information otherwise confirming the fact of personal data processing by the
Data Controller;
- signature
of the citizen (or their legal representative).
