2025 – Ozon Holdings PLC (thereafter referred to as "we",
"us", "our", "Ozon" or the "Company")
announces today that it has submitted an application to the Astana
International Exchange Limited ("AIX") for the delisting of the
Company's American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) from the AIX Official List
("AIX Delisting") and the suspension of trading of ADSs on AIX.
The last trading
date on AIX will be September 30, 2025. The ADS holders will no longer be able
to transact in the ADSs via AIX trading platform after close of business on
September 30, 2025.
The AIX Delisting
is expected to become effective as of October 27, 2025.
The Delisting of
the ADSs from AIX does not impact the Company's business operations.
